Abstracts must be submitted in English, through the on-line abstract form, using the template available (maximum 1 page).
Download here the template.
Abstract submission deadline: October 20
Maximum date for communication of acceptance: November 3
All communications will be in oral format. A video recording will be requested for all accepted communications that will be sent to the secretariat before the congress, once the scientific committee has accepted the abstract.
The communication options are:
– Oral communications (10-15 minutes video recording, included in the sessions of the scientific program)
– Web communications (5 minutes video recording, available to participants on the congress website)
When sending the abstract, authors should indicate the preferred communication option, the preferred topic and if they apply for the “José Antonio García Domínguez Prize” for young researchers (see requirements).
The scientific committee, depending on the topic and time availability in the program, will select the oral communications that will be finally included in the program, proposing the rest as 5 minutes web communications.
The presenting author must be registered and pay the corresponding registration fee. Each registered author could present a maximum of two communications.
For this edition, the grants offered by SECyTA for the applicants who meet the requirements will only cover the registration fees. These students do not need to pay the registration in advance, but the senior researchers supporting the applicant must be registered before awarding the scholarship.
